What is Pleisys Engage?

Do I need to write code to use Pleisys Engage?
No. Flows are built on a visual canvas and published without code. A REST API and webhooks are there if your developers want them.
Which WhatsApp providers does Pleisys Engage support?
The Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, connected through Embedded Signup, and Twilio. You use your own WhatsApp Business Account.
Can a person take over a WhatsApp chat from the bot?
Yes. A workflow can hand the conversation to a live agent in the inbox when a human is needed.
How is Pleisys Engage priced?
A monthly or annual plan, plus WhatsApp messages paid from a prepaid wallet at per-country rates. Every plan starts with a free trial; see engage.pleisys.com.
Does Pleisys Engage support channels other than WhatsApp?
Not yet. WhatsApp is the only channel today.
How does Pleisys Engage handle consent and personal data?
