How is goal progress calculated?

As a weighted average of each key result’s current value against its target, updated on every check-in.

Can goals be linked to work?

Yes. Work items link to goals, and Flow suggests matching goals when you create one.

Who can update key results?

Members and above check in; product owners change the goal itself. Stakeholders can view.

Is it on the free plan?

No. Goals and OKRs are on the Starter, Business and Enterprise plans.
