The challenge
Every carrier prices by its own zones, weight slabs and remote-area surcharges, and books through its own process. The business was quoting and booking for customers by hand, carrier by carrier.
What we built
Customer portal
Rate calculator, five-step booking, bulk booking from an Excel upload, drafts, address book, tracking, invoices and a prepaid wallet.
Rate engine
Reads each carrier’s rate card, applies zones, remote-area lists and the business’s margins, and returns prices customers can compare.
Carrier booking
Shipments book and print labels live with DHL, Aramex and UPS, with more carrier products configured.
Admin console
Carrier partners, rate-card uploads, customer KYC checks, label scanning, reports and an audit log.

- Customers get rates and book shipments themselves, any time
- One booking flow for every carrier, with labels printed from the platform
