Questions
Which biometric devices does Verdeshell HRMS support?
ZKTeco via ADMS or the BioTime cloud, any device that can post punches over HTTP, and Hikvision and Suprema after a model check.
What happens to punches that don’t match an employee?
They are held as unmatched and flagged daily, so HR can assign them one by one or in bulk.
How often are punches collected?
Push devices send punches as they happen; for pull devices HRMS fetches them every 30 minutes by default.
Can we use devices and the mobile app together?
Yes. Device punches, the face kiosk and mobile check-in all feed the same attendance record.
