Verdeshell HRMS
Form 16 & 24Q software for Indian payroll
Verdeshell HRMS turns your payroll into Form 16 Part B for every employee in one bulk run, and exports each quarter’s 24Q data from the same TDS records.

Questions
Can Verdeshell HRMS generate Form 16?
Yes. It generates Form 16 Part B for all employees in one bulk run from payroll data. Part A is downloaded from TRACES.
Does it file Form 24Q?
It prepares the data — quarterly totals and salary details as a CSV for NSDL’s Return Preparation Utility, where you file.
Does it support the new tax regime?
Yes. It works out tax under both regimes and shows which is lower for each employee.
How do employees get their Form 16?
HR releases the year’s certificates, and each employee downloads and acknowledges theirs in HRMS.
What about employees who joined mid-year?
HR enters their earlier salary and TDS, including from a previous employer, and the year’s tax is worked out from there.
